Mykhailo Yanovskyi has a 30-year experience in energy technologies. He started his career at the Khmelnytskyi Tractor Unit Plant. At the age of 35 Mr. Yanovskyi took his first managerial position. He joined the team of Sirius Extrusion since its establishment as a Chief Power Engineer. He took part in the development of the Company and its gem - a state-of-the-art transformer substation.
In 2014, Mykhailo Yanovskyi became the Director of Sirius Extrusion. Since that time the Company headed by him has been certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the FSSC 22000 certification scheme. Besides, a Halal certificate has also been obtained. When passing the latest certification audit in 2020 in accordance with the requirements of the new BRC standard Issue 6, the Company has received the highest "A" grade.
Mr. Yanovskyi has been supervising elaboration and implementation of the Lean Production system, paying special attention to energy saving measures. All these efforts have greatly contributed to the efficiency of Sirius Extrusion, allowing the Company to get a significant share at the international market. Currently, its products are being sold in the Baltic States, Poland, Germany, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Slovakia, and Israel.
Andriy Shevchenko
Sirius Extrusion commercial director
Andriy Shevchenko's career began 15 years ago when he became a head of the consulting company " Ukrainian Center of Enterprises Restructuring". Simultaneously he worked and attended a course of the World Bank. This experience served as a reliable platform for successful work in the Sirius Extrusion company.
In 2002 Andriy Shevchenko joined our team taking the post of project manager. Since then he has made an invaluable contribution for the development of the enterprise. With his direct participation we were able to expand the sales markets for products and to establish cooperation with foreign customers from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and other countries of central and eastern Europe.
In 2009 Andriy Shevchenko was appointed commercial director of Sirius Extrusion. Thanks to his wise and professional leadership we have reached a new stage of development and have become one of the largest manufacturers of polymer packaging products in Ukraine.
Dmytro Vasyliev
Sirius Extrusion production manager
Dmytro Vasyliev joined Sirius Extrusion in 2004 taking the post of engineer. Since then he has made an invaluable contribution to the development of the enterprise: he has successfully implemented projects of maintenance of equipment for the production of stretch and stretch thin films, 13-layer barrier film.
Dmytro Vasyliev has created a laboratory quality control of raw, semi-manufactured foodstuffs and finished products, ensuring stable result at each stage of production. With his active participation, professionals Sirius Extrusion managed to complete the development of an innovative product - 31-layer film Colchuga, which is the most durable and economical plastic packaging and has no analogues in Ukraine. Professionalism and love for his work helped Dmytro progress from engineer to production manager. Since 2011 he has been successful working in development of new direction for company progress.
Mariya Astrafurova
Sirius Extrusion financial director
The way to professional success Mariya Astrafurova started in 18 years as an accountant in one of the largest Ukrainian companies in catering. Professionalism and thoroughness Mary didn't remain unnoticed- at 22 she has already became the head of the accounting department. Soon she hold the post as chief account department in a large network organization FOZZY GROUP. This experience served as the foundation for a successful career in the Sirius Extrusion.
Mariya became part of our team over ten years ago. Having a high level of knowledge in the field of taxation and the accounting report, she managed to organize the work of her department as accurately as possible, optimize tax deductions and increase the efficiency of the company. Having received international professional certification, since 2007, Maria has acted as financial director of the company. Successfully established cooperation with such large companies as WOG, Budmaks, Ukrtatnafta, Maersk. In 2010, Maria led the financial department of Sirius Extrusion. Her enthusiasm and perfectionism continue to inspire us and serve as role models.
Sergiy Yanchuk
The head of legal department
Sergiy Yanchuk joined the company more then 10 years ago. In 2006 he founded and headed the legal department of the enterprise, whose role in the company's life is hard to overestimate. In the past Sergei had learning experience in PriceWaterhouse Cooper, internship in Paris and a brilliant performance at the first all-ukrainian conference of corporate lawyers. Successfully
carrying out management of the legal department of the company, Sergiy also has distinguished himself as a talented operational and financial manager. Now financial and tax planning- including its key responsibilities. He takes part in making important management decisions in his area of responsibility - a contractual support including multi-million dollar agreement of purchase and sale of technological equipment with foreign counterparties, the implementation of legal projects outside Ukraine and other duties with which Sergei copes excellent, with characteristic his responsibility and thoroughness.
